Business Development Representative
About The Job
The Astral Consulting Group is looking for a business development representative to join our growing team.
This role is an integral part of our firm's sales cycle, specifically in lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling.
Collaboration and clear communication within ACG internal teams is paramount. The primary duties of this role include cold calling, cold emailing, and CRM management. Previous experience in similar roles is preferred.
Work closely with the firm's management to qualify and build sales pipelines.
Use CRM to take notes on leads and book appointments.
Work closely and collaboratively with ACG's managing partners, marketing and sales members to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
Schedule discovery meetings for managing partners to further assess a prospect's business and potential for business with ACG
Use creative communications designed to increase customer interest in ACG solutions
Research prospective clients and acquiring high-level contacts
Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ year experience selling software or technology-driven solutions
Experience using Hubspot/other similar CRM platforms
